is a crowd pleasing program featuring over 100 fans dating from the 18th century through present day. These fans are beautifully decorated with every flower imaginable. Sunflowers can be found on late Victorian European fans as well as on American 1880s ad fans. Painted violets adorn 19th century Austrian wood brisé fans while pansies are featured on historical fans. Chrysanthemums decorate early Japanese fans and peonies bloom on modern Chinese fans.  Bridal fans are intricately carved with lily-of-the-valley while forget-me-nots are symbolically painted on Victorian mourning fans. Highlights include delightful French novelty bouquet fans and rare fans painted by noted French floral artist Paul de Longpré. A stunning garden of rose fans, painted, printed, carved, embroidered or made of fine lace, complete the program.
